Exercise extreme caution throughout the repair process. My car was struck, and I entrusted it to a repair shop. I verbally inquired if the quoted repair cost included a new door replacement, and they confirmed it did. When I suggested including this detail in the written contract, the boss dismissed it as unnecessary. However, upon vehicle retrieval, I discovered they had merely repainted the old door instead of replacing it.Upon questioning this discrepancy, the shop denied any agreement to replace the door. The boss subsequently lost their temper and resorted to profanity.This experience serves as a stark reminder to always prioritize written documentation. Never rely solely on verbal assurances. Insist on having all agreed-upon terms explicitly outlined and included in the signed contract.

I would not return to this shop nor would I recommend it. Actually I recommend you avoid it. It took them 3 attempts to do the paint job because every single time they worked on the portion that needed painting, another area of the vehicle got "magically" damaged, so you have no choice but to return and pay them more to do more work. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and paid them more for the area that "somehow" got damaged when they did the work the first time. I went to pick up the car this last time and guess what: there suddenly is another large area that was perfectly fine before I dropped the vehicle this last time and now is "magically" damaged. If you ever decide to use them anyway, make sure to take pictures of the entire vehicle so they do not pull this same stunt on you. Sad way of doing business.
